• Dependency license inventory — emitted as a CI artifact at docs/audiences/procurement/generated/licenses.md by the doc generation workflow. Generated artifacts are not committed to git; download them from the workflow's artifact tab, or regenerate locally via bash scripts/generate-docs.sh.
